Screw city rail bolts don’t screw into your board, they go all the way through your board. Tools are required for mounting. Includes 8 Boltheads and 8 Screws. Fits all standard 4-hole designed rails.

Review photographed installation instructions for proper use. You must drill holes through your board using a 13/64 bit.
